Do you take insurance?
We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request, and some patients have been reimbursed for up to 100% of the cost through their out-of-network benefits.
Do you have an office?
We do not have a brick-and-mortar clinic. Dr. Jenna brings care to you at your home, workplace, or hotel anywhere in our coverage area.
Do I need to prepare anything?
There is nothing you need to bring or set up. We arrive with the table and all treatment equipment.
Do I need to provide or cover parking?
You are responsible for any parking fees, including valet or visitor parking where applicable. Let us know when you book if you would like help coordinating it.
What is included in the visit?
Depending on the visit type, care may include hands-on chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, therapeutic exercises, and stretching. The Chiropractic Adjustment focuses on precise spinal adjustments. Each treatment plan is customized to you.
How long is a visit?
The Initial Visit and Treatment is about 60 minutes. Follow Up Treatment is about 45 minutes. The Chiropractic Adjustment is about 15 minutes.
Can new patients book the Chiropractic Adjustment?
New patients must complete the Initial Visit and Treatment first. After that, the Chiropractic Adjustment is available for returning care between full routine visits.
Is care safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Dr. Jenna is Webster-certified and provides pregnancy-safe care. Your treatment plan is customized to your stage and comfort.
Can two people book back to back?
Yes, household members can schedule back-to-back visits at the same location. Each visit is billed at our standard rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit, debit, cash, FSA, HSA, and similar forms of payment. Payment is collected at the time of your visit.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to the full visit fee.
Who comes to my home?
The Spine Studio is a sole concierge practice, and Dr. Jenna is the chiropractor for every visit.
What happens after I request a visit?
After you submit a request, we will reach out to confirm your preferred time and location. Travel within our coverage area is included; visits outside that zone may include a $50 travel fee.
